Q. If I’m a size small, can I still wear a Seaux Swim swimsuit?

A. Absolutely! Seaux Swim was created to cater to woman of all sizes. So whether you’re a size small or 2XL, we have something that will work for you.

 

Q. How do I figure out what size I need?

A. Seaux Swim proudly offers a very wide selection of sizes. To determine what size would work best for you, please visit the “Find my Size” section on the Shop page.

 

Q. I am a very busty girl, will the bikini top fit properly?

A. Sure will! Seaux Swim bikini tops are unique because the triangle tops are extra-wide and expandable, making them accommodating to almost every cup size, depending on the size you order. Right now, our bikini tops can accommodate up to a size K. Please see the “Find my Size” section on the Shop page for more sizing details.

 

Q. How long will it take to receive my swimsuit once I place my order?

A. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your order leaves our warehouse. Our free shipping is provided via the United States Postal Service and normally takes 3-4 business days for delivery.

 

Q. Can my swimsuit be shipped to me overnight?

A. Yes, it can. To have your swimsuit shipped overnight, reach out to one of our customer service representatives via our chat feature. He or she will send you and invoice for the suit you want and include the price of overnight shipping ($15.00). Once you pay the invoice, the suit will be prepared to ship within 24 hours.

 

Q. If I wear my Seaux Swim swimsuit, can I return it?

A. We have a very generous return policy but we do not accept any worn swimsuits. No exceptions. All returned suits must arrive back at our headquarters will all tags attached, including the sanitary liner.  To learn more about our return policy, visit the Shipping and Returns page.

 

Q. I have questions that I don’t see the answer to on the website. Is there someone that I can talk to?

A. Yes! Our customer service team is available every day from 8AM – 5PM. Simply start a chat via the chat feature and someone will get back to you. After business hours, please send an email detailing your inquiry to info@seauxinc.com and someone will contact you within 12 hours.
